Stress comes in many forms and when it messes with sleep, it leads a domino effect that is hard to get control of. Exercising and eating right isn’t the only things that lead to a good night’s sleep. Managing stress is best kept when you just worry about you. You can’t manage other people. They have their feelings, you just manage your own. Easier said than done.

Anger can totally affect sleep so take note to any recurring themes. Don’t focus so much on the what, focus on the how. The better you know your limits, the better you can manage yourself better. Managing thoughts can be a real struggle. The art world shows an array of work based on peoples worries. Add a creative outlet before you go to sleep and that will help you prepare for a good night’s sleep.

You never know, you may have a dream that helps you in the next day’s problem. The creative mind needs stimulus. A worried mind is skilled in worrying. Take control of time and try to maintain a calm positive outlook. When you wake up rested, it’s a lot easier to brush off minor infractions. The key is to avoid those critical traffic jams that will keep you awake. Try a deep breathing exercise. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly before you go to sleep.
