These are just some of the items included in the Charter of Rights and Duties of Patients and Companions of the Hospital Roberto del Rio, which was renovated to improve relationships on campus.

The document was drawn from a participatory process, where the Users Advisory Council, comprising representatives of staff, patients and the Department, addressed the issues and defined the rights and duties, which represent the needs of users.
