The delegation of health and sanitary services UGT union today accused the Department of Health and Consumption of secrecy and lack of foresight in the transfer of hospital staff to Son Duet Espies and denounced that violates collective bargaining.
The union claimed in a statement today the urgent convening of the Health Sector Committee “to negotiate all aspects of the relocation,” and criticized “the secrecy, the policy of fait accompli and silence and lack of foresight” of health officials change in this hospital.
According to the union, the situation is creating uncertainty and anxiety in the workers’ lack of information on working conditions at its new location “and pointed out those difficulties in adapting to the new Millennium computer system is an example of this malaise.
The union pointed out that not agreeing the terms of the transfer of health workers would undermine the collective bargaining rights “by imposing the conditions of their workers that can be modified” to go to Son Espies.
“The spirit of conciliation and collaborator of the UGT at odds with the intention of the Son Duet Management, which filed for approval in the staff meeting modules in the new hospital shifts, shifts that were rejected for not having been previously negotiated with the social partners, “denounced the union.
